Position Specific Description
This position will be primarily responsible for coordinating and overseeing detailed software/system implementation project plans from inception to completion (SAP, Billing & Payments) . Responsibilities include the following:
- Plan and manage assigned work activities, complete projects on time
- Lead daily meetings and track work using appropriate tools (i.e., JIRA/Qmetry/Teams/Outlook)
- Provide functional expertise on projects to ensure timely and effective project execution
- Applies advanced analytical skills within functional area to decompose work into manageable value-based units
- Creates and updates documentation for all processes
- Coordinates, plans, and leads training efforts

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates and completes several medium or small project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
- Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
- Provides information to internal and external clients on various issues
- Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 1+ years
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
