Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing

• Onboarding suppliers into various AGSCS programs, existing and new implementation
  • Onboarding involves discussion with suppliers and clients regarding payment and Inco Terms
• Involvement in 3-way calls with suppliers and clients.
  • Outlining how the programs work
• Support for backlog movement when needed - working with supplier, client manufacturing sites and AGSCS asset and CSR teams to move backlog
• Escalation point for suppliers with questions about programs, ways of working, etc.
• For major program implementation, working with a team of individuals to ensure programs are implemented successfully
  • Required to work to aggressive timelines, provide details status for daily calls, etc.
• Collaborate with global internal team of Supplier onboarding experts to ensure best practices are being used across regions.

What Are We Looking For?

• Understanding of INCO terms and payment terms for supplier engagements (i.e. what terms mean)
• Understanding terms and conditions for supplier engagements (i.e. what warranty terms are, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasking activities across programs
• Relationship building skills for both supplier and client engagements
• Ability to articulate the needs of the client program to the suppliers
  • Clients operate differently so attention to detail and ability to comprehend how programs work is required.
• Strong collaboration skills with all internal functions including asset, customer service, finance, MDM, Sales Operations managers and business operations managers

Experience / Education

• Experience working with suppliers across regions
• Project Management experience
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$91,600.00 - $121,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
