As a Project Manager II, you will oversee and coordinate different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Some of your main duties will include organizing various projects and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects, and developing programs and project budgets. You will manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.

Job Details
This role will have hybrid work opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.
- Coordinates the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager level III or IV.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepares and completes action plans Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Resolves problems.
- Completes audits. Identifies trends.
- Determines system improvements and implements change.
- Meets financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
- Participates in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
- Analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
- Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Certifications:
- Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred.
Complexity of Work:
- Effective relationship building skills are required.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating or managing various projects.
- Offset: HS diploma and an additional four years of project management experience may offset degree requirement.
- Offset: Associate's Degree and an additional 2 years of related project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications preferred.
- Prior experience managing multiple medium to large scale projects at a time.
- Prior experience utilizing Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project preferred.
- Prior experience with various project management methodologies.
- Prior experience creating project plans and upkeep of various project documentation/templates.
- Prior experience initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing of projects.
Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
- Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
- Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
