Project Manager in AI/ML

Xenon7, a leading AI consulting company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in AI/ML to join our team. As a Project Manager at Xenon7, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

• Lead and manage end-to-end AI/ML projects, from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and develop project timelines.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure project teams are working efficiently.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and resources to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the AI/ML industry.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
• Experience managing projects involving AI/ML development, deployment, and integration.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
