Project Manager – Infrastructure

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure particularly in Server and Networking environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the planning execution and delivery of IT infrastructure projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions that support the business’s IT objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple infrastructure projects focused on server and networking upgrades implementations and migrations.
• Develop project plans timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Oversee project scope schedule budget and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including networking server administrators cloud specialists and security teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor and manage project risks and issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure all projects are aligned with IT infrastructure standards security protocols and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate regular project meetings provide status updates and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact between internal teams vendors and external partners.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Ensure proper documentation and transition of completed projects to the operations team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Relevant years of experience in project management with a focus on IT infrastructure projects involving servers networking and cloud environments.
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of **server architecture** virtualization **networking protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPNs etc.)** and infrastructure security.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects including data center migrations server upgrades network redesigns and cloud integration.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Trello etc.).
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Familiarity with ITIL
• Strong knowledge of Networking Technologies including switches routers firewalls and load balancers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and negotiate with vendors.
• Adaptability and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
