Job Description

An integral member of the Inventory Count team, responsible for the delivery of services to our customers. This role is responsible for the overall life cycle management of the delivery of services to the client. Specifically, from the initial renewal request, to scheduling of the project - managing all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion. The Project Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, operating as the lead point of contact for the operational delivery to assigned accounts. The Project Manager will work closely with a cross-functional internal team by supporting the delivery of inventory services to the customer.Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall life cycle management of the delivery of services to the established client base from initial renewal to scheduling of the project while - managing all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion.
  • Serve as the point of contact on assigned inventory projects, performing a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating, and managing projects.
  • Manage account portfolio to ensure scalability and profitability of premium offerings and procedures
  • Achieve KPIs surrounding product utilization.
  • Provide customer satisfaction that leads to successful renewal of contracted services.
  • Verify compliance with established procedures regarding Salesforce, the Client Portal, and any additional procedures.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver value to clients and increase adoption of GHX’s recommended practices.
Key duties
  • Work closely with a cross-functional internal team by supporting the delivery of inventory services to the customer.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within Inventory Services.
  • Create and maintain a standard project plan for inventories to aid in completing necessary tasks and maintaining efficiencies.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Ensure management is informed of all activities going on within a project, including timely delivery of services to clients and preparation of reports.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management
Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years prior account management, project management, sales, and/or consulting experience preferred
  • Prior healthcare experience is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM preferred
  • Strong technical skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ethical, enthusiastic, and results-driven attitude
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills


Estimated salary range: $62,100 - $82,800

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
