As a Project Manager and member of the ISC Data Team, you will own the execution for the sprints and initiatives. This position requires self-initiative, ownership, excellent listening skills, responsiveness, collaboration, technical leadership expertise, time management, strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft data tools and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand various technologies used in data projects, including their implications and associated risks. The ability to understand, articulate and plan the data projects is an important aspect of this role.
- Domain experience supporting one of the following functional areas:
- Purchasing / Sourcing
- Materials (supply /demand planning / inventory management)
- Logistics (transportation / warehousing)
- Work with cross-functionall and global teams and define project schedule and manage schedule performance, and manage scope performance
- With the inputs of team members, plan, schedule, and organize data projects
- Manage and mitigate risks, and establish proactive contingency planning
- Monitor and track project key milestones, timeline, and budget.
- Report to business management and senior management on progress while ensuring the project commitments are achieved.
- Organize and lead project activities such as meetings, communication ensuring the communication of progress and completion of the project on schedule
- Coordinate and facilitate the team's sprints using Agile methodology including ceremonies and artifacts
- Manage change with team members, ISC stakeholders and senior management
- Collaborate with ISC data team and stakeholders to maintain, develop and implement processes
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
- Travel 5% of time
Preferred Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in program management, process improvement and change management
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft data tools
- Agile, PMP, or ITIL certification is preferred
- Experience with Jira and Jira Align
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions
- Strong teamwork, customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills
- Lean Six Sigma or Greenbelt Certification, or 2 years of process improvement experience
- Ability to communicate and present to various levels of the organization including leadership, stakeholders, SME's, and other
