Job Summary
physIQ is seeking a Project Manager to join the Customer Success Team. The Project Manager is responsible for managing strategic client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients and/or internal teams to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timelines. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of healthcare and life sciences concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Core Responsibilities Include
- Serves as the customer's executive single point of contact and escalation support person for all operational issues/discussions. Communicates with sponsors regularly to identify potential problem areas and acts quickly to remove the risk/resolve the issue.
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation as well as other technical documentation that this role will use
- Ability to run successful internal and external meetings (including preparation, facilitation, and owning follow-up)
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Cultural awareness with ability to work across geographics and cultures
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills
- 4+ years managing complex customer relationships
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Solutions and results-oriented focus
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- A vailability to travel 25% of the time
