Project Manager

This role sits at the center of complex digital transformation initiatives, leading end-to-end IT projects for global clients across multiple industries. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across scope, timeline, budget, and quality while working with distributed, multicultural teams. The position combines structured project governance with agile execution, requiring strong coordination between technical and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving alignment, removing obstacles, and ensuring consistent communication at all levels of the organization. Operating in a highly collaborative and international environment, you will contribute directly to high-impact digital assurance projects. This is a strategic role for a professional who thrives in managing complexity, delivering results, and fostering continuous improvement.

In this position, you will lead IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring structured execution across agile and waterfall environments. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage expectations, and guarantee alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

• Lead and manage IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using hybrid methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively removing project impediments
• Communicate progress, status, and risks clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Promote continuous improvement practices and reinforce agile principles across teams

Requirements

This role requires strong experience in IT project management within complex, multi-stakeholder and international environments. You should combine technical understanding, leadership capability, and strong communication skills to manage delivery across diverse teams.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT environments
• Strong knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing international projects and global distributed teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in English and Portuguese
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to manage risks and dependencies effectively
• Certifications such as PMP and/or CSM are considered a strong plus
