Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate technical and commercial aspects of projects.

• Manage the development and introduction of new projects and engineering changes into the company and assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.

• Provide project status reports and present project status at key milestones and review stages.

• Create and monitor Project Engineering schedules and forecasts, monitor budgets and trend tracking.

• Be the first point of contact for project customers and resolve customer, engineering, and management project issues.

• Participate in customer, contractor, and internal meetings and interdepartmental communication.

• Manage project team and ensure effective communication between, team, customers, and engineering.

• Review and approve contract and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Extensive demonstrable Project Management experience within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.

• Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Applications with proficiency in Microsoft Projects desirable.

• Working knowledge of relevant industry specifications and legal regulations.

• Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly.

• Experience of SAP would be desirable.

• Ability to work within budgets, meet deadlines, review, and implement new procedures.

• Confident decision-making skills with an understanding of problem-solving techniques.

• Ability to lead, motivate and monitor project team associates.
