Role Description:
This role will manage, organize, and communicate the details and statuses of provider pre-hiring and offboarding activities. This individual will work cross-functionally and serve as the key liaison to providers in their lifecycle at Oak Street Health. This is a fast-paced, high visibility role to ensure that we are enabling provider readiness and opening access to quality care at Oak Street Health for as many patients as possible. The Project Manager will coordinate across locations and functions to ensure timely and successful project completion. They will report directly to the SVP, Managed Care and have a dotted line to the SVP, Provider Services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage to completion the key steps required for all provider pre-hire activities
- Build prehire and offboarding trackers into SmartSheets for increased automation and dashboard capability
- Track and communicate key metrics on provider pre-hire and offboarding activities and status with stakeholders to ensure visibility and coordination among various workstreams
- Continuously improve how we handle provider transfers and departures to ensure patient continuity and center readiness
- Build a sense of trust and confidence from our providers and maintain high "customer satisfaction"
- Other duties, as assigned

- Incredible level of organization, detail orientation, and focus on deadlines and metrics
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across many projects / initiatives
- Tech savvy - expert in MS Office, Google Apps, project management software. Smartsheet experience preferred.
- Healthcare and provider-facing experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- US work authorization
