Job Overview: This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in project management within industries like packaged goods, nutritional supplements, and cosmetics manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management β€’ Manage the entire project lifecycle from product approval through final product delivery. β€’ Develop and oversee detailed project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of products. β€’ Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, etc.) to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines. β€’ Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or bottlenecks. Client Relationship Management β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project. β€’ Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and manage expectations. β€’ Provide timely updates to clients on project milestones, challenges, and resolutions. β€’ Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly. Operational Coordination β€’ Maintain alignment between client specifications and manufacturing capabilities. β€’ Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, company policies, and quality assurance requirements. Data Management β€’ Accurately maintain client files, project records, and proprietary information in the ERP system in a timely manner. β€’ Ensure that all client information is up-to-date, properly documented, and securely stored. Documentation and Reporting β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including timelines, budgets, and communications. β€’ Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client satisfaction metrics. β€’ Document lessons learned to improve future project workflows. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Β·Bachelor's Degree desired; High school degree or equivalent required. Β· Experience in project management within industries like packaged goods, nutritional supplements, or cosmetics manufacturing. Β· Experience working in a client-facing capacity with a focus on managing multiple complex projects. Skills and Competencies: β€’ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. β€’ Proficiency in project management software such as Monday, Asana, or similar tools. β€’ Familiarity with ERP systems and data management processes. β€’ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, packaging, and supply chain logistics. β€’ Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes effectively. β€’ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance. Certifications: β€’ PMP or other project management certification preferred but not required.
