Job Overview:
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in project management within industries like packaged goods, nutritional supplements, and cosmetics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management
β’ Manage the entire project lifecycle from product approval through final product delivery.
β’ Develop and oversee detailed project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of products.
β’ Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, etc.) to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines.
β’ Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or bottlenecks.
Client Relationship Management
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
β’ Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and manage expectations.
β’ Provide timely updates to clients on project milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
β’ Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
Operational Coordination
β’ Maintain alignment between client specifications and manufacturing capabilities.
β’ Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, company policies, and quality assurance requirements.
Data Management
β’ Accurately maintain client files, project records, and proprietary information in the ERP system in a timely manner.
β’ Ensure that all client information is up-to-date, properly documented, and securely stored.
Documentation and Reporting
β’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including timelines, budgets, and communications.
β’ Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client satisfaction metrics.
β’ Document lessons learned to improve future project workflows.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Β·Bachelor's Degree desired; High school degree or equivalent required.
Β· Experience in project management within industries like packaged goods, nutritional supplements, or cosmetics manufacturing.
Β· Experience working in a client-facing capacity with a focus on managing multiple complex projects.
Skills and Competencies:
β’ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
β’ Proficiency in project management software such as Monday, Asana, or similar tools.
β’ Familiarity with ERP systems and data management processes.
β’ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, packaging, and supply chain logistics.
β’ Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes effectively.
β’ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
Certifications:
β’ PMP or other project management certification preferred but not required.
