The Project Manager - Marketing will be responsible for ensuring cross-functional coordination and alignment across the Brand & Marketing organization for Pizza Hut US, promoting process and operational excellence, while supporting initiatives and reporting. They will work closely with the Marketing Leadership to create visibility for ongoing work, identify and proactively solution cross-functional interdependencies or areas of needed coordination and alignment, support marketing-wide accountabilities and initiatives. They will be responsible for owning and advancing marketing function operational and administrative actions as well as the following responsibilities:

• Work with leadership and team members across the marketing organization to create visibility to ongoing processes and work and identify and resolve interdependencies or points of coordination
• Coordinate and ensure alignment of marketing leadership on function-wide initiatives and priorities, and own ongoing view of timelines and requirements
• Drive exchange and communication of information and data to support work across marketing functions
• Work with leadership to prioritize and sequence activities and initiatives, leveraging an Agile mindset
• Own and proactively execute function-wide operational and administrative requirements
• Own ongoing process improvement and innovation; identify broken or inefficient processes or ineffective communications and visibility within marketing or with the broader organization and propose solutions leveraging process, org, data & tech, or other tools to solve; continuously promote ops best practices
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly Data & Analytics and Finance, to develop information/data-sharing opportunities and processes to improve efficiency and Marketing analytics
• Own marketing-specific reporting and KPIs; develop dashboards and key metrics to measure success against functional goals, working with Data & Analytics, Strategy & Calendar, and Media teams
• Support calendar team operations to execute promotional windows and testing requirements

Factors of Success Necessary:

Required:

• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience (Business/Marketing Operations, Marketing/ Analytics, Process or Business Project Management)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and Project Management skills
• Track record of building, improving, and measuring success of marketing processes
• Ability to effectively develop and build new functional and operational processes
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment across multiple stakeholders
• Comfort with technology, data, and analytics and the ability to communicate in detail about the desired outcome and build solutions to achieve the desired outcomes

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or related field
• Experience in QSRs, restaurants, retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus
