We are searching for a Project Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. The Marketing Project Manager will manage marketing and creative projects and programs to ensure a successful outcome. Additionally, the Marketing Project Manager is responsible for aligning resources, overseeing the creating of project plans and tracking key milestones/dependencies. The Marketing Project Manager also has agile/scrum exposure, so they can guide the team to deliver iteratively.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage and work on multiple small, complex marketing projects
- Responsible for developing project schedules, facilitating project meetings, identifying resource needs, managing and tracking issues and risks
- Track concurrent projects from start through post launch, including: project briefing, outline project goals, ideation, exploration, production, etc.
- Consults with partners and provides comprehensive, in-depth project management consulting and leadership to team and partners
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: standup, sprint planning, refinement, team agreements, backlog management, etc.
- Lead and drive consensus and coordinate activities across workstreams, teams and business units
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment; highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Identifies and documents project risks, issues and completed milestones of projects that are large in scope and technically difficult
The successful candidate will benefits from having:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and proven marketing experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years of agile/scrum exposure
- Strong computer skills and proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.
- Workfront experience is a plus
