We are seeking aProject Managerwho thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple priorities, and ensures flawless execution of campaigns across various clients. Key Responsibilities • Project Oversight: Manage multiple marketing and advertising projects across diverse clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are consistently met. • Content Development: Translate complex information into engaging and compliant advertising copy, social media content, and campaign messaging tailored to our clients’ primary audiences. • Quality & Compliance Review: Review, approve, and refine all marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and digital initiatives to ensure compliance with CMS regulations, brand integrity, and enrollment goals. • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize both traditional and digital advertising campaigns. Negotiate media buys (TV, print, digital) to maximize ROI and value for clients. • Performance Analytics: Track and manage campaign KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results and inform decision-making. • Collaboration & Communication: Maintain proactive client communication, follow up on deliverables, and manage relationships with varying personalities in a professional and diplomatic manner. • Leadership Support: Assist the Director of Marketing with strategic initiatives, presentations, and project updates. • Innovation: Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, create efficiencies, and drive campaign success. • Creative Problem-Solving: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, applying critical thinking and adaptability to overcome challenges and meet diverse client needs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • 2+ years of experience in project management within a marketing, advertising, or healthcare-focused agency. • Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, TV, print). • Proficiency in: • Adobe Creative Suite • Microsoft Office & Google Workspace • Marketing and Sales CRMs • AI tools and automation platforms • Social advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) • Media buying for traditional outlets (TV, print, radio). • Strong negotiation skills with vendors and media partners. • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and deliver actionable insights. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to balance multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities Ideal Candidate Profile The right Project Manager for Indigo Concepts is: • Grounded, logical, and intuitive: able to balance creative problem-solving with sound judgment. • Self-sufficient and a self-starter: takes initiative without waiting for direction, while staying highly organized. • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven: capable of managing complex projects while ensuring precision and compliance. • Excellent communicator: professional, empathetic, and adaptable to diverse client personalities. • Strong Time Management: able to juggle multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and still deliver high-quality work on time. • Professional and understanding: works with integrity, consistency, and diplomacy.
