Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing teams and the data team, streamlining and managing the requests and prioritizing the stakeholders’ requirements

• Organize and lead kick-off meetings for various projects, plan executions, and manage stakeholders' communication to ensure timely projects delivery.

• Support the team during the discovery phases of new projects by assessing requirements, gathering detailed information, and removing blockers together with the team lead 

• Perform agile ceremonies with the team to enable timely delivery and documentation.

• Foster a data-driven culture across the organization by promoting best practices in data utilization and helping teams integrate data into their daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of project management experience including collaboration with multiple stakeholders and ideally cross-functional teams.

• Technical acumen with knowledge of data landscapes and software solutions.

• Ability to execute agile methodologies and structured project management approaches, applying common frameworks. Experience with Jira or Asana is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

• Fluency in English
