The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Project Manager Marketing-Hybrid.
Job Summary
The Apparel & Licensing Marketing Project Manager will lead projects within the Apparel & Licensing Category Marketing team. The A&L Marketing Project Manager will assist with the overall planning and coordination of apparel photography, including sample management, photoshoot scheduling, development of shot lists, and coordination of image approvals across product design and marketing teams. This role will also support the general marketing organization related to A&L product recommendations and sample management of key teams (PR, Production, etc.). The Project Manager will also oversee the design, development, and overall execution of multiple digital A&L dealer catalogs throughout the year, ensuring accuracy of product images and data to help drive wholesale revenue objectives. This role will be a member of the team responsible for the overall category management of Harley-Davidson's global apparel and licensing division, with a responsibility to effectively launch new products to dealers, globally, as well as provide tools, education, as well as campaign support for consumer-facing retail. The Project Manager is a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for products. They are flexible and demonstrate effective communication skills while partnering with multiple cross-functional teams in the campaign, brand creative, sales, and product design and development areas. They ensure all projects are completed with consistency to the company strategy, commitment, and goals.

Job Responsibilities
Category Team Support
- Ensure all A&L marketing assets are delivered to channel partners accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Effectively communicate with the Brand Creative, Channels, and Product Design and Development teams to bring innovative and compelling stories to life.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure timeline and budget requirements are met.
- Collaborate and provide support for department team members.
- Support a variety of product launches within the Apparel & Licensing space, managing coordination of product samples, and providing direction on asset requirements.
- Own the A&L design, development, and overall execution of Apparel & Licensing Dealer wholesale and Dealer Imprint catalogs throughout the year.
- Assist with the creative process from concept through production and delivery of assets to ensure the availability of quality tools and materials.
- Effectively manage and maintain product samples across all Apparel & Licensing product lines.
- Overall team support for project tracking and organization.
- Work to increase the awareness and understanding of interactive communication techniques throughout the department and company.
- Streamline and improve processes within the marketing project area by proactively evaluating current work processes and updating as required in line with our continuous improvement ethos.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Education Specifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Required
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience, with at least 2 in retail corporate atmosphere or agency. Global campaign management is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated experience in project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams and external partners
- Organizational skills and a passion for apparel products
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and effectively work under tight deadlines on a regular basis and flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
