Project manager (m/f/x)

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager to join our PMO team at NN. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing waterfall projects, is familiar with the Agile framework, and demonstrates a strong mindset for change, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Motivate and guide project teams to achieve their goals and foster collaboration.

• Identify areas for improvement and drive change and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing tools like DevOps, Jira, MS Teams, and MS Project.

• Provide clear and concise project reporting, including presentations to the Board of Directors (BoD), who often sponsors our projects.

• Navigate and thrive in a dynamic work environment, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the finance sector (banking or insurance).

• Strong command of English (B2 or higher).

• Knowledge of waterfall methodologies and agile.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a strong advantage.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Minimum salary 2.500,- EUR brutto/month, depending on candidate's experience and skills.
