ABOUT US We are a small but progressive multi-family construction company that likes to do things differently. Infinite Capital Construction provides construction services to many of the nations largest property management companies. We do projects primarily in Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Our areas of specialization are in exterior repairs such as concrete, masonry, welding, roofing, siding & painting. We are looking for someone with strong project management and estimating skills to help build out our Austin Division. The desired candidate would be someone with a proven track record of estimating and/or managing multi-family construction projects. JOB DUTIES You must be able to efficiently and effectively: * Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients * Define comprehensive scope of work and accurate and professional estimates * Understand the technical requirements of construction and building processes * Management the job site; ensuring a clean, safe and organized projects * Procure and manage materials and labor for construction projects * Maintain detailed records of all job-related expenses * Communicate clearly and effectively with client and internal teammates * Regularly update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System * Some overnight travel may be required, but it is not expected to exceed 10% REQUIREMENTS * Ability to Prioritize and Self-Manage Project Management and Sales Activities * Proficient with Technology and Computer Applications * Construction and/or Multifamily Experience * Post High School Training, Education or Certifications *** Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus *** PAY & BENEFITS * Compensation depends upon the overall value proposition presented by the candidate * Monthly Commissions & End-of-Year Bonus (Expected range is $20,000 - $60,000 annually) * 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) * Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits * Simple IRA with 3% matching * Company Phone & Computer * Vehicle & Gas Allowance * Fun Work Environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Profit sharing • Quarterly bonus • Yearly bonus Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • How many years have you worked in the Multifamily / Apartment Industry?
