Project Manager - Office Management

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the on-time delivery of committed scope per release while making sure the team respects the processes and code quality standards imposed by the client.
• Facilitate his/her team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
• Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
• Arrange daily stand-up meetings facilitate meetings schedule meetings demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
• Ensures team backlog is prioritized and requirements are clarified and detailed enough before the Sprint Planning meetings.
• Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings.
• Acts as safeguard for his team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience minimum 2 years in similar position
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum
• Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
• Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
• Application of metrics as KPIs for continual incremental delivery of value and team improvement

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Assessing the Agile Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Agile project management certification and Scrum certification is a plus.
• Experience of project management and delivery tracking tools e.g. JIRA
