Experience and Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Matrix operational management oversight over software operation, technical operations, network/sysadmin operations, and direct operational management over local hardware maintenance operations per contract requirements.?

• Lead project team to provide 24x7 system uptime for all aspects of the operational tolling system.?
• Work with multiple functional groups to define scope, budgeting, forecasting, for continuous operational delivery for project.?
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the teams.?
• Drive cross functional team implementation and communication for best known practices across all operational aspects of project.
• Drive system performance ensuring all contract required metrics are maintained and all performance audits are completed and passed for each project performance requirement.

• Translate customer requests and requirements into functional specs for all maintenance activities.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory/management experience, preferably in the field of system integration or enterprise solution implementation

• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PMP Certification desired but not required

Preferred experience - but not required:

• Ability to understand detailed system workflows
• Understanding business rules per RFP requirements for contract

• Understanding all contract KPI requirements for correct staffing levels to maintain hardware and software operations
• Maintaining large-scale 24x7 revenue collection systems
