Duration: 14 Months

Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid)

Work Hours: 36-40 (PST) Flexible in-office days Tue/Thu; some site visits may be required.

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate complex concepts, potential integrations, complex data sets in brand new technology.
• Typically, 3-5 years of professional experience with a four-year degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, or similar field.
• Demonstrated product development and marketing experience that showcases an understanding of how to engage customers and evaluate programs.
• Working knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion best practices
• Excellent project management skills.
• Self-starter, capable of operating at a high level of autonomy.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills to write concise reports, deliver high quality presentations, negotiate contracts, facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare project documentation.

Job Description:

This role would provide project management for clean fuels funded programs in the categories of Outreach and Education and Emerging Technologies across internal and external teams executing this work. There would be a high level of interaction with Product specialists, the Transportation Electrification (TE) team and other client teams like Grid Edge, and marketing.

Essential Duties:

Manage underserved community outreach contract in close coordination with W/MOB facilitator.

Assist with defining a scope of work to hire a contractor to conduct Emerging tech market studies, manage meetings with contractor, plan demonstrations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop project plans to research viability, plan and implement education and outreach activities and demonstrations to test out emerging technologies for transportation electrification.

Assist project planning, development, delivery of the new product or service, including marketing, training, and post-launch resource plans.

Adhere to client's project and product development methodologies for governance, measurement, and evaluation.

Lead RFP process on assigned projects as needed.

Manage relationships and performance contracts with vendors.

Program development budgets, review and report on program revenue and expenses monthly.

Prepare presentations and related communications for executives and external audiences.

This role may involve some days working closely with the underserved community facilitator (and selected residential customers) to plan working group sessions and other days working with the grid edge team to define schedules for the product's V2X testing and releases.

Education:

Four-year degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, or similar field.
