Project Manager, People Operations

Celonis is seeking a project manager within our People and Culture (P&C) Operations team to help lead and manage a suite of projects designed to drive continuous improvement in our service delivery. This position will be an individual contributor role with engagement across the P&C organization including Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business partners to build business requirements and deliver improvements that drive transformation, automation, and employee experience. Responsibilities include:
The Work You'll Do:

• Work with project sponsors and customers to define business benefits, business requirements, user stories and project scope
• Develop and execute on HR solutions and project plans, track/manage project deliverables
• Perform application walkthroughs, fit/gap analyses, workshops, business process analyses, specifications, test plans, trouble shooting, acceptance testing and training
• Research and resolve HCM gaps, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet the business needs
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures ensuring accuracy, user friendliness, and inspection on how it fits into the larger employment lifecycle
• Collaborate with IT and the P&C team to coordinate solutions to resolve gaps and produce enhancements to our HR Systems and processes

You:

• 5 - 7 years of proven PM experience in the HR space. PMP certification helpful, but not required
• Prior experience with Workday desired
• Experience with case management systems - ServiceNow desired, but not required
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities
