Project Manager (privacy and compliance)

WHO YOU ARE
Prowess Consulting is looking for a strong Project Manager with compliance assessment and privacy experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in and have a solid project management background working with technical teams.
This is a full-time role that can be worked remotely from one of the states that Prowess Consulting does business in; however, the work hours will be in the Pacific time zone. No third-party agencies, please.
To be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Nort Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Missouri, or Washington.
THE ROLE

• Define and drive the end-end workflow, process, and implementation to operationalize the new compliance area by leveraging existing compliance framework tools combined with additional automation.
• Collaborate with compliance workstream owners to collate requirements, assessment approach for validating requirements and steps required to meet requirement.
• Define functional spec detailing workflow, updates to compliance assessment framework system and any new automation needed for enabling continued compliance of Windows features.
• Drive implementation of required changes in compliance assessment framework along with required automation workflows.
• Identify and implement help resources and training content to allow Windows feature teams to easily understand requirements, assessment surveys and actual steps to meet compliance.
• Coordinate validation, piloting and rollout of the end-end operationalization working closely with Windows features teams and compliance workstream owners.
• Establish a support model to provide ongoing assistance to Windows feature teams for the newly operationalized compliance area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years prior experience of project management and program delivery experience working with various teams such as engineering, legal, marketing, etc.
• Experience working with compliance and privacy matters
• Experience implementing end-end programs including process and product changes
• Proven capability managing projects that span cross-functional teams
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) required

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• The offered base pay range for this specific positing is $100,000 to $113,000 per year, DOE
• Base Pay ranges are different for different work locations within the U.S., which allows for competitive pay and consistency
• U.S. based employees, working 30 hours per week or more have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, a 401K plan with matching, well being benefits, education benefits, among others.
