Offchain Labs has developed a suite of scaling solutions for Ethereum. This includes Arbitrum, an Optimistic Rollup, that instantly scales apps, reducing costs and increasing capacity, without sacrificing Ethereum's security. Porting contracts to Arbitrum requires no code changes or downloads since it’s compatible with existing Ethereum developer languages and tooling. Arbitrum today is the leading Ethereum scaling solution with dominant market share including hundreds of apps on the platform and over 40% of all rollup liquidity. Offchain labs also contribute to the Ethereum core protocol with the Prysm consensus client. The Prysm project is a Go implementation of the Ethereum protocol as detailed by its official specification. It contains a full beacon node implementation as well as a validator client for participating in blockchain consensus.

Augment the product team and support services OCL offers by running point across a wide variety of day-to-day tasks and keeping the team organized. Allow the rest of the team to focus on core development, and speed up execution by heavily holding internal & external stakeholders accountable.

What you'll do:

• Keep web assets updated (portal, bridge, etc.), including holding various stakeholders accountable to push updates and meet deadlines.
• Own support Ticket Triage and Follow ups (assign & make sure tickets that Product team is responsible for are answered) to effectively support the teams building with the suite of scaling solutions that OCL has shipped— Assistance generally with management of the support process.
• Run and streamline operations for Strategic Partners, including tracking and assisting with creation of agendas, manage delivery of documents for use in agreements, and ensuring the reliable flow of feedback and communications between them and the relevant OCL team.
• Ensure smooth and consistent communication internally around strategic initiatives such as: coordination around product launches, soliciting reviews and approvals for AIPs, ensuring delivery of design docs, etc. Operate the feedback loop to ensure feedback from external teams make their way to the right internal teams and vice versa. Chase getting feedback from internal and external teams, i.e. ensuring recipients respond to questionnaires.

Who you are:

• Relevant experience as a project manager or adjacent technical role.
• A curious individual with a strong passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies, ideally an active user of on-chain applications with an understanding of ecosystem trends.
• You have demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, as a consultant in a technology-related field, or relevant experience.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable influencing both internal and external teams in a professional setting.
• You have the ability to drill down into the technical nitty-gritty, while stewarding business priorities.
• A flexible and reliable team member, comfortable taking ownership and navigating ambiguity.
• You have a degree in Computer Science and/or Economics, or experience contributing to software products as shown through individual projects or other work.
• Experience at a high-growth technology company or software startup is strongly preferred.
