• Provide project management services including:
• Define and manage project plan, resource plan, governance plan and communication plan.
• Plan and conduct mutually agreed upon project ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, 3rd party vendors, and project stakeholders for planning, governance, communications, resourcing, budgets, risks/issues/dependencies.
• Produce standardized enterprise project management artifacts & reporting.
