Role

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of construction on Crown Castle projects which may include; vendor selection, coordination of subcontractors, onsite management of OEM installers and customer representatives. Represent Crown Castle as the expert on construction issues, scoping, estimating, BOM creation, and quality control. Support for LTE and small cell projects, with a strong understanding of protocols such as VoLTE and ViLTE. Ensures all assigned projects are completed according to mutually agreed upon timeline and budget of customer and Crown Castle. Ensures all work is conducted in accordance with Crown Castle policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance on networks and maintaining network elements by providing remote assistance
• Perform network analysis to troubleshoot issues and coordinate communications between the customer, operations team, and field support systems
• Support the creation of MOP's
• Directly advise District and/or Program/ Project Managers in all aspects of construction & Integration work
• Actively participate in the vendor selection process and facilitate fair price estimation and budget development
• Attend deployment and other customer meetings as subject matter expert for Crown Castle
• Develop customer relationships to help gain additional service work for Crown Castle
• Provide direction to general contractors aligned to job scope and customer standards
• Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or additional certifications preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with Nokia/Ericsson remote integrations and scripting. NetAct/ENM experience preferred.
• Proven experience in Ericsson LTE & 5G RAN features tuning, parameters and counters.
• Experience in MO Scripting, XML scripting/Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with test equipment for RF Sweep, OTDR, Power Meter and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing.

• Strong computer skills - MS office and project management software knowledge
• Experience in UMTS, LTE, IOT, vRAN, ORAN and 5G/5G+ RAN Architecture
• Experience in MO Scripting, XML scripting/Shell Scripting

Working Conditions:This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
