What You'll Do
The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing project timelines for packaging and/or product refresh projects from conception to completion.

  • Establishes project management deliverables and execution for packaging refresh projects
  • Develop and Manage timely flow of projects from initial kick off through completion; formulate and manage timelines and reports
  • Monitor project progress by tracking schedules, migrating risks and resolving issues
  • Serve as the key liaison for all cross-functional departments, both in house and overseas
  • Diplomatically enforce deadlines and problem solve in an efficient and professional manner
  • Assists employees with procedures relating to organizational projects
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to Manager and departments that are involved
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope
  • Assess and report the day-to-day progress of tasks and deliverables using project management tools
  • Other duties may be assigned


Bring It!

  • 2+ years' experience in Project Management, CPG industry preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of project management systems (Workfront strongly preferred)
  • Experience coordinating, managing, and supporting initiatives and workstreams related to all aspects of updates to product & packaging
  • Experience project managing end to end product development lifecycle
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

Salary range: $ 70,000 - 100,000
