Job Description

Project Managers internally manage specifically assigned client accounts on the Data & Analytics team. Brado Project Managers work with Account Managers and Team Managers to understand and navigate client needs, develop processes and standards and use technology to support tracking and reporting. They are core leaders on the team when it comes to problem solving, developing & executing processes, and the overall completion of large projects. The Project Manager will oversee a minimum of 5-15 key Brado clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Grow & develop project processes and project team members.
  • Build & manage effective processes for client project transition from client engagement to project team.
  • Take accurate, concise internal meeting notes and record the meetings.
  • Proof and conduct quality control when and where needed.
  • Oversee resource requirements for the project team including confirming resources.
  • Train project members how to use Kantata and enter & manage tasks as needed.
  • Own the entire project process in Kantata and in MS Client Teams.
  • Ensure the set up all MS Client Teams and set-up all corresponding project channels.
  • Manage projects in your program by: reviewing weekly risks, reviewing & updating Projects List & Status, managing Kantata tasks board and all notifications.
  • Manage time tracking needs.
  • For all projects, oversee compliance and implementation of client PV guidelines (trainings/tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and follow-up resolution), updating project management software, saving relevant documentation per Brado SOPs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate within a team and comfortably present their ideas in front of stakeholders and executives.
  • Report to and regularly connect with Product Management Director.
  • Develop, manage, and improve project management systems across multiple teams.
  • Review, follow up, and provide feedback for tasks and projects with staff.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent (Production Manager, Traffic Manager, Event Manager, Program Manager, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Communications, Business Management or related field.
  • High level of proficiency in project management tools, such as Kantana/Mavenlink, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proven team-management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project Management certification like PMP or completed courses desirable.
  • Previous agency experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Data & Analytics services is a plus.
  • Active, self-motivated, organized, methodical and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work effectively independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and juggle many responsibilities at once while meeting deadlines.
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced and dynamic environment while paying close attention to project details.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel.
  • Strong Communication abilities with both written and oral skills, teamed with proofreading skills.
