Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.Job Summary:The Project Manager leads GMP projects, driving them to completion by coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring that all departments are meeting deadlines and accountabilities. This role oversees the completion of GMP projects through planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing the progress of work from all participating parties, and evaluating timelines and end results. The Project Manager is a key point of contact for clients during the lifecycle of an order.Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for clients for the lifecycle of an order, from the execution of the specification forms to the delivery of the project reports and documentation
• Provide routine and clear communication (as defined with the client and Client Relations team) during the span of a project regarding project status information, materials, and accomplishment of milestones deliverables
• Lead project team meetings and ensure follow-up of actions items, escalating late or lacking internal responses when required
• Proactively identify project barriers and generate solutions
• Relay changes in project scope, timing, or requirements to the Client Relations team for costing revisions and to establish the priority of projects in manufacturing
• Track corrective actions and preventative actions (CAPA) through implementation plan approval and deviation from development and routing for deviations related to client projects
• Organize efficient and timely information flow across all project participants
• Maintain project documentation including project plan timelines
• Develop status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Actively manage project and program forecastQualifications
• 3+ years in a similar r ole
• B.S. required, scientific degree preferred
• Knowledge of GMP or similarly regulated processes preferred
• Possess an understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release capabilities preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
