Assistant Project Manager - Residential Remodeling Join the fastest growing Residential Remodeler in South Jersey - with an office directly on Rt 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. Emmons Remodeling services clients throughout the tri-state area with their light commercial and residential kitchens, baths, additions, etc. As part of the Emmons Team, you will be joining one of the largest residential contractors in New Jersey. Duties: - Assist in the planning and execution of remodeling projects - Communicate directly with Customers, Vendors, & Trade Partners on a daily basis in order to maintain quality work performance, keep projects on schedule, and ensure that the customer experience and delivered project is exceptional - Collaborate with contractors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met - Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and quality standards - Coordinate & deliver materials Trade Partners performing work. - Ensure that work areas are maintained in a safe, clean and organized manner throughout the remodeling process Skills: - Proficient in reading and understanding schematics and blueprints - Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines - Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of remodeling tasks - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with contractors and other team members - Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our team.
