Job Description

monday.com is looking for a Business Operations & Project Coordinator to join us and act as the right-hand and support for our Senior Director and department. In this key role, you assist with strategic administrative projects, calendar management, travel coordination, and various cross-departmental initiatives. You will serve as a critical point of contact, managing internal communication, organizing team events, and ensuring smooth operations across the board.


About The Role:

  • Unit Coordination: Support effective communication and collaboration across global offices. Ensure seamless information flow within the Strategy & Ops department and other business functions.
  • Team Meetings Organization: Coordinate and organize team meetings. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution. Coordinate efforts across departments to keep projects on track, monitor progress, and update teams on key milestones and deadlines.
  • Presentation & Report Preparation: Create presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute team events, workshops, and off-site activities, managing both business logistics and event coordination.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Manage communication between the senior director and others within the company. Draft and distribute internal communications as needed.
  • Administrative Assistance: Manage the senior director's calendar, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and assist in preparing and editing various documents, including emails and presentations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or Project Management.
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written) – Must.
  • Executive Support: Proven experience supporting executive decision-making and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Data-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
  • Self-sufficient and capable of working independently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management and productivity tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
