Are you looking for a place where you can be part of a transformation? Our organization is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (Robotics) to join our rapidly transforming team. We are seeking an individual who wants to expand their Project Management skill set with an eye on personal career progression.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be accountable for project success through all phases of product development.
• Manage strategic initiatives through planning, implementation and execution, ensuring cross-functional participation and accountability during all phases.
• Lead teams toward defined goals and exit criteria while also being able to roll up your sleeves to drive success.
• Influence all levels of the organization.
• Be accountable for the management of several New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Execute strategic projects and deliver to cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Be responsible for risk mitigation, change management, and resource conflict resolution, among others, on all projects.
• Communicate project status to key stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Utilize Project Management best practices to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved while driving a spirit of innovation into all aspects of the project.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to execute successful hardware product solution projects.
• Experience with New Product Development projects and with Phase Gate Processes.
• Extensive experience with MS Project, including resource loading / leveling.
• Familiarity with project management industry standard practices.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
