AMDEX Corporation is seeking a Project Manager with experience leading RPA software development projects to join its team supporting our Federal government customer.

Responsibilities:

The focus of the work is to develop a solution that can be used to increase efficiency and reduce time to perform repetitive tasks. RPA (Robotic Process Automation) will be used to develop an emerging business process automation technology based on the notion of software robots and artificial intelligence (AI) workers. The solution will enable the agency to automate multiple sets of processes spanning various fields of daily operations.

The solution will automate end-to-end processes and provide the ability to handle processes having repetitive tasks to minimize manual intervention.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of project management experience with demonstrated experience in leading large software development project teams through all phases of a project lifecycle to include risk management
  • Demonstrated experience working with robotic process automation using UIPath or similar product
  • Demonstrated experience using Web Service or API technologies
  • Demonstrated experience applying IT systems security methods and techniques to systems designs
  • Demonstrated experience performing cost/benefit and other appropriate analyses using quantitative and qualitative analytical methods
  • Demonstrated experience implementing new and emerging IT technologies, applications
  • Demonstrated experience working with customers to assess needs and problem resolution
  • Demonstrated experience with effective oral communication to individuals and large groups

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience developing financial management applications in the federal space

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Manager Professional Certified (PMP)
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM)
