We are currently seeking a Project Manager - SaaS Application Integration - Remote to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Project Manager - SaaS Application Integration

Our Project Management practice group is currently seeking an IT Project Manager who has strong experience in application integrations to support one of our global Healthcare devices/Life Science clients, based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

In this role, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for initiation and managing of IT applications to support the Clinical Trials Division. A successful candidate would leverage effective project management practices, working collaboratively with various divisions and cross functional teams globally while delivering cost-effective implementation exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the detailed planning and management of the project from inception to project completion
• Implementation of SaaS Integration
• Validates GxP processes
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule for project success.
• Create, maintain, and share all project related documents like charter, plan, risk register, issue list, presentations etc.
• communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience
• Establish and maintain the project information in PPM tool
• Establish cadence and project status communications with stakeholders
• Manage the Change Control process for assigned projects
• Ensure project milestones and targets are met by actively managing project on a day-to-day basis through appropriate resource, issue, and risk management
• Ensure appropriate tools and techniques are available and employed by the project team to enable them to meet their assigned objectives successfully
• Track and manage project actuals against established budgets
• Estimate project tasks and ensure budget / appropriation requests are submitted and approved
• Successfully deliver assigned projects to targets (on time, on budget, and in scope)
• Lead one or more projects at any given time, depending on the needs of the business
• Lead cross-functional team meetings and ensure capture of discussion points and action items
• Learn the system landscape. Support to Gather, review and analyze user requirements.
• Supports translation of requirements to system / functional requirements to facilitate requirement reviews and subsequent design
• Lead and participate in testing of system requirements, as needed
• Work with business managers to propose and justify new technology-based business improvements
• Assist with development of business requirements, solution design & delivery, testing and training
• Comply with company's Global IT Policies & Procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as IT project manager managing Software Development full life cycle development and integration projects
• Experience with SaaS application integrations
• Experience with GxP Validation and FDA processes and procedures
• Pharmaceutical industry experience

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Computer Science
• Experience with MS Project
• PMP and/or Agile certification a plus
• Experience with IQ OQ PQ processes is desired
• Experience gathering Data Analytics is desired

Location & Travel:

Remote position for candidates in either Eastern or Central time zones in the United States.
