Project Manager/ Scrum Master

Must have Project Management and Scrum Master experience with PMP, CSM, or Certified Product Owner preferred
SNAP projects include extensive communications and stakeholder engagement; meetings scheduling and management; and related policy and procedures.
Must have experience in performing day-to-day management operations in a technical environment that utilizes and supports agile development methodology; possess and maintain a demonstrable understanding IT projects and be comfortable managing multiple tasks, groups of stakeholders, and vendors at multiple locations.
Experience in engaging with stakeholders and users to define requirements and user stories; maintaining and grooming a backlog; managing agile teams through iterative development; and leading stakeholder engagement across a large federal agency.
PMP, CSM, or Certified Product Owner preferred
