JOB TITLE: Senior Project Manager

LOCATION: 14555 Dallas Parkway, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75254

DUTIES:

• Position is responsible for managing billable projects from initiation through delivery;
• Lead consulting team members on billable implementation, migration, enhancement, or integration projects;
• Accountable for managing the client project to ensure that all targets and requirements are met;
• Ensure billable projects are completed on schedule and within budget;
• Maintain project financial and project profitability, to include resource scheduling, revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense report and time approval for project work;
• Coordinate and monitor ERP implementation projects from initiation through project closure;
• Monitor project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members;
• Assign/delegate work assignments to project team members; prepare project status reports on project progress and problems;
• Assist management with evaluation and development of a project plan;
• Ensure appropriate people are kept informed of project progress, complete weekly Project Status Reports, Bi-Weekly dashboard reports, participate in weekly PM meetings and communicate appropriately with Executives;
• Assist where applicable in pre-sales engagements;
• Provide feedback and input to the Global PMO with regard to Quality Management, Methodology, and Bid Management; and,
• Ensure the adoption and usage of the Infor Deployment Project Management Method.
• Travel required up to 50%; Telecommuting permitted up to 50%.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
• Seven (7) years of progressive related post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, or in a Senior Project Manager - related occupation.
• Position also requires demonstrable experience with the following: Demonstrable expertise in Food and Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing;

• Demonstrable experienced in Agile methodologies, such as Sprint Planning, Scrum Management, Epic/Feature work break-downs, Story-Pointing, Velocity Tracking, or Burn-downs/Burn-ups;
• Demonstrable experience with business operations and ERP applications;
• Demonstrable proficiency in MS Project and/or MS Azure DevOps;
• Demonstrable understanding of legal contracts, building workplans against contracts, and delivering large-scale implementations from such contracts;
• Demonstrable ability building complex budgeting spreadsheets in MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups;
• Demonstrable ability producing complex status reports in MS PowerPoint ability maintaining an executive presence in delivering status updates; and,
• Demonstrable ability working within multiple non-linked project execution tools, like Clarity or other resource management / time tracking systems.
• Travel required up to 50%; Telecommuting permitted up to 50%.
