(ADD) Responsibilities:

Functions as the overall Scrum Master for this engagement. Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog for CLM configurations.
• Address project risks and remove impediments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Document and communicate configuration changes and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong knowledge and usage with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• 10+ years of experience managing CapEx projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies.
