This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery in the United States.

This role sits at the center of complex telecommunications service delivery projects, ensuring the successful execution of Lit and Dark Fiber solutions for enterprise customers. You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management, coordinating technical, operational, and customer-facing stakeholders across multiple functions. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage timelines, budgets, and dependencies in a highly dynamic environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring transparency, alignment, and consistent progress tracking. Working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and field teams, you will drive delivery excellence across mission-critical network infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact role where precision, accountability, and customer advocacy are essential.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for Lit and Dark Fiber services, including kickoff, planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and schedules across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking, identifying risks and coordinating resolution with engineering and field operations teams.
  • Serve as the primary customer liaison, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and proactive management of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to support business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, product, engineering, procurement, and network operations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Drive process improvements and act as a subject matter contributor to enhance project management standards and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications service delivery, project management, or network infrastructure implementation.
    • Strong knowledge of Wavelengths, DWDM, Lit Fiber, and Dark Fiber services, including planning and deployment processes.
    • Solid understanding of fiber engineering, outside plant operations, permitting, construction, and network deployment lifecycle.
    • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Excellent communication, customer management, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, managing risks, and delivering on project milestones.
