Job description:

Taking over development packages in the role of Development Package Owner (EPV) - especially with a focus on software development projects in the Microsoft SharePoint environment.

Tasks:

• Coordinating the entire implementation of a development package across service and organizational boundaries

• Coordination with sub-project management
• Supporting resource planning and control
• Budget calculation and post-calculation
• Preparation and presentation of the project status to sub-project management and, if required, to the end customer
• Participation in sprint reviews
• Direct contact person for the requester and user (customer) for the specific development package (if required and in coordination with the application owner and service manager)
•  Ensuring the successful acceptance of the development package
• Independently breaking down the activities into development packages in the form of specific work orders for the roles involved (i.e. for architects, developers, testers, etc.)

Language skills:

1. German Level C1 - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

2.  English Level B1 - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

Qualification requirements:

1. ITIL Foundation Certificate

Experience requirements:
1. Successful management of development projects in the environment of Sharepoint applications for a large number (> 10,000) of users including complex data migrations.
2. 3 years of experience in planning and managing projects or programs as a responsible project manager
3. 3 years MS SharePoint and / or JIRA/Confluence
4. Extensive experience in the development of individual applications
5. Experience in coordinating SharePoint app development and knowledge of software development projects and processes
6. Consulting approach / independent problem solving

7. Practical project management experience in the independent planning, coordination/control of projects in a hybrid project environment (agile vs. waterfall)
8. Ability to familiarize yourself quickly and independently with new technical topics and complex project environments with diverse stakeholder structures
9. Strong EQ, communication skills and high level of empathy to mediate in conflict situations
10. Experience in requirements management and problem analysis, especially in development projects
11. Experience in analyzing and documenting the environment and framework conditions
12. Experience in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops
13. Strong moderation and presentation skills
