Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Stennis, MS

Duration: Long-term

Description:

• The Project Manager manages key client projects.
• Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
• Oversee all aspects of projects.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Execute a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, test and final delivery.
• Formulates partnerships between customer, suppliers and staff. Anticipates potential project related problems.
• Utilizes refined techniques for identifying, eliminating or mitigating solution, project, and business risk.
• Understands customer, industry and business trends and applies this understanding to meet project objectives.
• As appropriate, challenges the validity of given procedures and processes with a view toward enhancement or improvement.
• Analyzes information and situations and implement actions, independently and or through the management team to ensure project objectives are met.
• Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Project Manager 

Expected hours: 20 per week
