We are accepting applications for remote employees, but preference will be given to candidates who can work in our Lake Worth, FL office on a hybrid basis. This role will travel approximately 10% of the time. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

Your impact:

• Implement a streamlined follow-up process and liaise between Sales, Client Management and Beyond Broadline Team.
• Management of project duties, deliverables and timelines ensuring all deliverables are on-time, on budget and meet quality expectation levels.
• Communicate updates within the Client Management, Sales and Beyond Broadline Teams efficiently
• Coordinate marketing pushes and drive strategic initiatives
• Generate and share savings estimate reports for Business Reviews
• Streamline and coordinate follow-up after market basket presentations.
• Monitor outstanding DCNs, and ensuring timely reporting
• Taking the lead in achieving a 50% growth target for Beyond Broadline
• Organize and follow up on Entegra Universal Credit Applications
• Manage and coordinate a training calendar with Sales and Client Management teams on Beyond Broadline programs
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and supplier growth initiatives
• Provide exceptional levels of service and attention to all partners, and employees
• Assume personal ownership regarding the effective completion of all appointed duties, attainment of assigned goals and objectives, and participation in the overall success of Source1 Purchasing

About you:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Track record of working within the lodging, restaurant and food service industries preferred
• Outstanding process and project management skills
• Accustomed to taking initiative and ownership of the process
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly growing and changing environment requiring flexibility and adaptability
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Advanced skills in Excel is preferred but not required
• Capability to learn the CRM system Salesforce
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• 10% travel required
