We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Technical Lead to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves as the Technical Lead/Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the task order-level TMs, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
• Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
• Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
• Experience with cloud migrations, specifically experience with AWS, other cloud platforms and LCAP (low code application platforms
• Experienced in crafting CI/CD/UX Agile based enterprise applications that resonate with end users.
• Oversees all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects.
• Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve all phases of SDLC/Agile development including incorporation of security in scrums, application testing, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.
• Provides applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: B.A or B.S. degree preferably in a computer related discipline
• Residency Requirements- Applicants selected will be subject to a Public Trust background security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information. Must be a US Citizen.
• Eight-plus years of experience with increasing responsibility in managing high visibility, mission focused applications development, incorporating security in devsecops/Agile environment
• In accordance with Executive Order 14042, a candidate for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by December 8, 2021 or their start date, whichever is later, subject to the provisions and exceptions of EO 14042 and applicable law.

Required Certifications/Skills:

• PMP
• ITIL
• Skilled in EVMS reporting requirements
• App devel certs aligned with areas of specialization

Desired Skills:

• Security certs a plus
• Agile SAFe a plus
