We have an entrepreneurial spirit that's brought us a lot of success and we're looking for a Technology Project Manager to join the team. Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific technology related projects, which have agreed upon timeframes and deliverables. The Project Manager collaborates with business leaders on key projects to support the long-term strategies of the company. This role can be based in our Alpharetta office OR in our Data Center in Dunwoody.

NOTE: We have a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days working at home.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Plan and lead (or co-lead with a business or technology partner) the key projects and drive those projects to a timely completion while fulfilling the requirements of the business and meeting the stated objectives
• Manage the project lifecycle including scope definition, objectives, strategy, risk management, milestones, etc.
• Provide insight to key stakeholders and project sponsors by developing project goals, setting the prioritization of deliverables, and facilitating decisions necessary for project delivery.
• Summarize the activities, status and results of the project work and create reports and other outputs to communicate the project status to the business.
• Work with leadership to establish strategic measures of success, develop tools and processes to capture actual results and document and communicate these results versus the stated metrics to the company's leadership
• Manage and monitor project financials for large projects; assist with managing third party vendors and contracts
• Plan and lead the Strategic IT related efforts including scheduling and communication to the business, providing guidance and assistance for project request submissions, documenting and delivering the committee's decision on priorities and tracking results for comparison to stated business benefits
• Collaborate with the business leaders to define the project and gaining agreement on project deliverables

YOUR TRACK RECORD

Bachelor's in Information Technology or Business, along wiht 3+ years of experience in managing technology projects.Knowledge of the principles and processes of project management methodology. Experience implementing or managing software related projects.

Experience in project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and other MS Office products. Experience with Visio preferred but not required. Must have the ability to help drive to a clear project approach by creating work breakdown structures into logic sequences of work. Knowledge of infrastructure and security preferred, along with familiarity with tools like Smartsheet and/or MS Project. Knowledge of Azure Devops and Agile methodoloties preferred.

Must have the ability to manage multiple key projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while ensuring high quality deliverables, as well asbuild and manage relationships at all levels throughout the organization to facilitate and drive the implementation of key project work.

Must be able to work with sensitive and confidential information and maintain that confidentiality.Extremely organized with great coordination and organizational skills.
