About The Role: 

CloudRock is recruiting for a Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing delivery projects for specific solutions, functionality or markets on behalf of our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of project management methodologies.  The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering quality projects in our growing global consulting business.

 Key Job Responsibilities  

• To identify and define the project scope
• To build and develop the project team ensuring maximum performance, prodiving purpose, direction, and motivation.
• To lead projects across all phases, collaborating with and coordinating internal & external resources 
• To develop and maintain the project plan ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets 
• To develop and monitor the project budget 
• To monitor and control project change 
• To establish and manage project governance 
• To establish and maintain relationships with client, partner & third-party stakeholders 
• To actively manage risks and issues 
• To ensure benefits to CloudRock are met including achieving requisite gross profitability, team development, and driving positive client relationships and reputation

The Ideal Candidate  

• Experience in successfully defining, managing and delivering multiple full life cycle complex/global proejcts in the HR/Payroll/ Finance Transformation space.
• Experience managing delivery/ optimisation projects in ERP technologies such as Workday, Oracle, SAP
• Project management qualification such as Prince II or demonstrable experience in comparable company methodology
• Fluent English (written/ spoken)
