As an Infor Technical Project Manager your primary responsibilities include:
  • Scoping, planning, and managing all technical aspects of implementation projects, including deployment, development, conversion and technical training efforts across all product suites.
  • Establishing a positive and productive culture among project teams and maintaining that culture through stressful project cycles and project setbacks.
  • Identifying technical risks to the project and calling those out transparently to the project team while also providing solutions to fix/remediate/mitigate those risks.
  • Tracking and managing the hours and budget for the Bails technical resources on a project, including resources involved in technical conversion, integration/extension development, and knowledge-transfer/training efforts.
  • Providing guidance to all levels of the client's project team, from analysts up to executives, on all technical aspects of the Infor product suite, including troubleshoot client-side tools like Infor Process Designer on one end to helping to build a blueprint for how to implement an overall reporting strategy or how to facilitate complex user provisioning tasks.
  • Leading the effort to identify, catalogue, and scope all RICEW objects as part of project implementation.
  • Managing developers and trainers to provide a high quality of service, including clean and sensible documentation for all delivered work.
  • Providing support to Sales staff with scoping potential projects and engagements
Qualifications

Technical Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience with Infor CloudSuite applications including Global HR (GHR) and Financials (FSM), Infor Birst, and Infor Operating Service (OS).
  • Proven experience in overseeing or participating in executing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies and business applications.
  • Experience with all phases of the SDLC.
  • Design, program, test, debug, implement, and document program logic.
  • Organize data files and prepare flowcharts of data movement. Document procedures and operation methods. Prepare instructional material for users and complete user training.

Optional Technical Qualifications:
  • Additional technical and/or functional experience with the following would be desirable but not required: Infor S3, Infor M3, ION, MEC, Infor Mongoose, .Net/C#, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in area of specialty is preferred.
  • Certification(s) in area of specialty is a plus.
