Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a driven and collaborative Project Manager for Trade Operations. This role will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing projects related to improving our Trade Operations and compliance within the Americas region. This candidate will support external customers and in-house personnel with international import and export requirements and serve as a subject matter expert on local & regional trade control laws & regulations.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Use project management expertise to develop programs that help streamline Arrow's trade operations and create cost savings for supply chain
  • Lead Global teams in completing trade risk assessments and analyses for Arrow's various locations and businesses
  • Work closely with supply chain leaders to create and implement recommendations on avoidance and mitigation of risk based on knowledge of government rules and regulations
  • Support business growth through partnership with sales on new customer onboarding, ensuring customer requirements align with regulations and compliance standards
  • Manage 3rd party IOR providers and become SME for DDP shipments globally
  • Manage CBP and C-TPAT programs from end-to-end and visit sites to ensure compliance in preparation for audits
  • Responsible for US MCA Certification
  • Partner with Asset, Compliance, and Transportation teams to understand and interpret regulatory changes and rulings
  • Cross collaboration with Global Teams on standardization of projects
  • Review and analyze current Trade processes for implementation of strategic projects
  • Up to 25% of Travel

What We are Looking For:
  • 7+ years of import/export compliance experience
  • Certified Customs Specialist / or Certified Export Specialist preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • C-TPAT Portal/User Experience
  • Ability to independently undertake the development, implementation, & on-going management of customs processes & procedures
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and experience managing complex projects
  • Working knowledge of free trade agreements and foreign trade zones
  • Successful at building strong relationships with business partners, both internal and external
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines and prioritize work to support the business

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$91,600.00 - $139,150.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
