Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a driven and collaborative Project Manager for Global Transportation & Trade Operations. This candidate will be responsible to define and deliver the processes, tools and solutions to drive the organization toward a best-in-class supply chain organization. This role will plan and deploy various projects in support of the global transportation and trade strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on continuous improvement and global standardization for the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Provide support for current state and future state context diagrams and process mapping
• Spearhead projects to improve product visibility across entire global network
• Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep leadership abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication
• Collaborate with global partners to support and implement a solution for transportation management
• Roll out and complete system implementations within TMS, WMS, and ERP Planning software
• Interview internal and external stakeholders to wrap up and roll out a full global implementation of TMS
• Analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics
• Create a cohesive global strategy for Operations metrics and champion adoption of dashboards
• Partner with regional leaders to provide metrics and dashboards relevant within the region, as well as globally

What We are Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in a project management and/or systems implementation role
• Bachelors' Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated success leading projects across multiple functions, communicating effectively to both senior executives and subordinates
• Must have experience implementing TMS Projects
• Experience working within WMS and ERP systems including implementation and/or system upgrades
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines and prioritize work to support the business
• High degree of initiative and autonomy

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$91,600.00 - $135,520.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
