Your new role: Project Manager – US

Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite/Hybrid)

Potential OTE: $100k to $150k per annum

In this role, you will lead project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet defined scope, timeline, and budget criteria. Your responsibilities will have a significant impact on achieving company goals by ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop a comprehensive project plan with clear timelines and milestones, aligned with the SOW.
  • Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, team members, and senior management, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed. Continuously monitor project risks and take appropriate actions to minimize their impact on project success.
  • Foster effective teamwork and collaboration among project team members, providing guidance, support, and motivation. Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure everyone understands their contributions to project success.
  • Track and manage action items, ensuring accountability across all project stakeholders. Monitor progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and facilitate resolution of any roadblocks or issues that may hinder project progress.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, capture lessons learned, and implement corrective actions or process enhancements to improve future project execution and performance.

Requirements

About you

  • 3 – 5+ years experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering enterprise projects, on time and within budget.
  • Proven, end-to-end project management experience within professional services or consulting within the Contact Center and/or Conversational AI industries
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
