Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to Provide expertise and guidance to Commerce and the Office of Long-Term Resiliency(OLTR) Director (and his designees as applicable) in the overall management of the Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR Program.

• Must be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through a nationally recognized accreditation organization (e.g., The Project Management Institute).

• Must have experience in support of the Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR Program, including but not limited to:

  • Developing, maintaining, and updating, as needed, program and project documents and documentation including, but not limited to:

    • Program and project management plan;

    • Program and project status reports;

      • Status reports must be provided weekly to OLTR.

  • Project riCalibrik and issues log;

  • Master project schedule;

    • Contractor must provide a master project schedule that includes all Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR programs.

  • Program specific project schedule;

  • Contractor must provide program specific project schedules (e.g.,Voluntary Home Buyout program) for each Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR program.

  • Any other documents necessary for the efficient, effective management of the overall program or any specific program; and

  • Any other documents/reports as requested by Commerce.

• Must know the PMBOK methodology

• Providing weekly executive briefings to the OLTR Director; briefings shall include, at least:

  • A report on the overall status of the program;

  • A report on the status of each project and any risks or issues that might impact the progress of the program or any project; and

  • A report on the current projected timeline for each program area, including timelines for compliance with any federal laws or guidance documents.

• Should know about the Commerce’s owned System of Record (SOR).

• Must be able to Perform other support and consulting functions as required by Commerce
